At LEBRAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
